Stuffed PopUp Dinner Party includes a 5 course meal you can enjoy as an individual to meet new people or with a group of friends. It is an Italian inspired culinary adventure that highlights the current season's ingredients and features a unique stuffed pasta course.

Meet The Chef

Hello! There is nothing better in life than to do what you love and I straight up LOVE food. Eating, cooking, and sharing food have always been the most joyful parts of my life. I am a self taught cook who wants to share food with as many people as possible. So I finally decided to challenge myself by starting a seasonal Pop Up Dinner Party! I want this to be a platform, not only, for me to have the chance to experiment and push myself as a chef but also, to have people come together to share a meal, laugh and create a joyful memory. In the words of the great Julia Child, "I was 32 when I started cooking; up until then, I just ate." So here we go!

We eagerly awaited our Stuffed Pop Up dinner and it didn't disappoint! We got to try things we've never eaten, which was really fun. The combination of flavors within each dish was creative, surprising, and delicious. Favorite dish by far was the beet pasta. Colorful, rich, tangy...

Every dish was unique and delightful and brought warmth to a very snowy winter night. I was left dreaming of smoked scallops and beet pasta, which were undeniably some of the best food I've ever put in my mouth.
