About the event
Please arrive at my home at 6pm for a 5 course tasting menu of seasonal local ingredients featuring a stuffed pasta course! The evening will be BYOB and suggestions of wine that will pair well with the menu are as follows:
Reds - Cabernet Sauvignon
White - Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc
Donations are welcome to cover the cost of food.
